Registration

Register in person at the YMCA or On-line.

Registration begins Tuesday February 19, 2008.

Registration forms can be downloaded off the website.

Applications must be completed in full, signed and accompanied by payment.

Full payment required when registering for 1 or 2 weeks (included within is a $20 reservation fee per camp), and a $20 non refundable reservation fee for each additional week. When registering for more than 2 weeks, postdated payments dated no later than 14 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent week are also required. Declined credit cards or NSF cheques are subject to a $20.00 plus G.S.T. service charge.

In addition to Junior Campers, the YMCA offers opportunities for children under 5 years to participate in summer licensed child care. Contact 519.623.YMCA.

Please note: if a camp does not meet the required number of participants it may be cancelled. 2 weeks notice will be provided and the YMCA will attempt to accommodate your needs with additional options. Upon camp cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to camps start date, receive a refund, less the $20 reservation fee for each camp and a $20 plus G.S.T. administration fee.

Refunds requested after this time require a medical note.

In the event the YMCA is closed, due to circumstances beyond our control, including power outages, day camp will be cancelled for the affected time and refunds will not be issued.
